Excellent car & service
Excellent car & service: bought a rare MINI One Diesel and its not just the car I was pleased with but the after service i.e. 12month warranty and free AA breakdown cover for a year.

Great car at a reasonable price. Only downside was we saw the car advertised with aircon, it was only after we bought it we realised there was a blank where the aircon should have been, we wouldn't have bought the car had we known this. Having said that, it's a great little Corsa and ideal as a first car for our 17 year old. I would definitely buy from this dealer again, we found Paul very helpful and he did hang on to the car for us for a couple of days until we could get to see it. We live in Norfolk but think it's worth the drive to Rochdale when our other son buys his first car in the next few months.

I'd had my eye on a volvo v50 estate. I wasnt disappointed when i went to look at it. The service and professionalism was refreshing. No hard sell. I had an issue just after buying it but it was resolved very quickly. No quibble. When its time to look for a car again I hope to deal with lch again.

Bought my Octavia from LCH Splendid informed service from a top notch guy .Car was quite high mileage but its been splendid and still strong at 245k. Trustworthy guy so should you have a problem i am sure he will do whats reasonably expected

Brilliant, from Start to finish , we only went to browse a Landrover but when it was presented to us immaculate we had no hesitation of buying it there and then . Nothing was too much trouble we were not pressured in anyway. Paul took time to take my husband out and then explained all about the car and its workings and even offered to deliver it for us and pick up the trade in the same day . The customer service was second to none We got a fair price for our trade in too . I would certainly use this family concern again they said if we have any concerns whatsoever now or in the future to contact them and they will do their best to sort anything out we wanted . What a lovely way to sell cars .If you want a specific car you could ask Paul to try and find it and i am sure if he could he would . Thanks once again we will certainly recommend you to anyone in the future . Its great to have peace of mind and find someone you can trust .

Top Notch
Paul was fantastic. I pretty much bought the cheapest car they offered and the assistance he provided was still top-notch. Paul assisted with tax and insurance whilst I was in his office despite this taking over an hour and was able to give me lots of useful advice and the ongoing offer of support. It gave me extra confidence that LCH were an AA approved garage and I'll certainly be returning when the time comes for an upgrade.

Well what can I say ! I'm absolutely made up with the car we bought, and the customer service we have had has been second to none, this company is utterly amazing.
Very welcoming, exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful. If and when I need a car again il not think twice about returning and using these guys, buying a car has never been so simple and supportive.

Paul's a great genuine bloke, bought a small van off him and it came with a warranty , AA cover and full service , I will be recommending him to family and friends, if you let him know what you want and your price range if he's not got it he'll find it. Very friendly and not pushy like the ones you get normally. He help tax and insure it and even accomodated our German Shepherd, thanks Paul, well be in touch when our vicky passes her test.
